Today I would like to talk about vitality, and add another layer of understanding of what vitality is, and how we can know when we are in our zone of vitality filling in our own cup, or when we are not. If you haven’t watched the intro video to this topic, you can access it here.
So my point today is to talk about how we can create consciously, and intentionally the balance between giving and receiving.
Do you feel good, when you give out what you're giving out right now?
Do you feel good about what you're doing?
How you are behaving?
How you are acting and reacting?
Do you feel good about your thoughts?
Do you feel good about the results you're getting right now?
Are you giving your best? Or are you just trying?
Are you ready to commit to a year of giving your vision all that you can say so that it gets manifested into the world within the year?
Or are you already having your “Inner Censor” telling you that no, it's not gonna work out for you?
The thing is, you first need to give in order to receive.
You need to give from the quality of your being, the quality of your presence.
You need to show who you truly are.
Because people are becoming very intelligent, and they can read through you...
They can know when you are really yourself really shining, really passionate about what you're talking about, and when what you do is aligned with who you are.
Or when you're just trying to apply someone else's template to your life...
Remember, when I said in the last post, I don't believe in templates?
I don't believe that there's one way of being, because you are unique.
And there are as many ways of being you as we can imagine.
There's just one way to be truly you when you start to give from your heart.
When your heart vibration is aligned with the direction set in your mind.
That is when you feel invincible.
You feel strong.
You don't doubt yourself.
And remember, we are here together on a mission to eradicate self-doubt from our life.
We want to feel confident, we want to do things knowing that at this moment, this is the right thing to do.
So next time you feel a bit impatient, next time you wonder: what are the things you're supposed to receive? What is the acknowledgment you're supposed to receive?
Go back to what you did and be like did I give my best?
Did I show up exactly the way I wanted to show up?
Or did I try to copy-paste something and it didn't work?
You are the original.
There's only one of you remember?
How it is to be you, to listen deeply to your intuition, to your soul messages, and to trust that you are being guided, that you are being held to trust that it is perfect as it is?
You are showing up.
You are giving it all you are investing in yourself time, money, energy, and relationships.
You are your best investment.
The return on investment that you can get when you invest in your vision, when you start to live what we call your dharma, your destiny…
I'm not saying it's gonna be easy, you're gonna need to do some sacrifices.
Again, if you want different results than what you are getting now, you need to change your programming, you need to change your thoughts, your actions, and your feelings.
When you start to behave like the person you truly are or the person you want to become — the truest you — you need to adopt new thoughts and new actions. And new programming.
There are many ways you can do that, and you can change — we're going to go into that later (in the upcoming Light Letters).
But for now, I just wanted to give you an open invitation to make the most of the five days leading to the Spring eEquinox to shape your vision, go back to the workshops and the past Light Letters on the vision, and revisit the contents and sit down, make a date with yourself, make it a priority in your week, this week, to sit down and figure out what it is that you truly want to experience in the upcoming year. You’ll thank me later.
Your time is very valuable.
You're never gonna get your time back.
So invest it properly.
Maybe this year, you want to go deep into finding why you came here, finding your purpose, finding your prosperity…
What is your prosperity container?
How do you make money?
How do you give?
What do you receive?
What do you need to receive in order to give?
But also what do you need to give in order to receive?
And how, in the process of finding your purpose and finding the way to make money and be in this flow of currency for prosperity, how do you make sure you care for your well-being and your balance?
So let's revisit the five courageous questions that you can read in the book The Greatness Mindset by Lewis Howes. It's an amazing book just came out.
Side note: I shared today the top 3 books I’m reading now in my Instagram stories (all saved in highligts ‘BOOKS’ — we’re considering starting a book club?!).
The five courageous questions from Lewis Howes are the questions that are going to be taking you from where you are now to where you want to be. Bring pen-to-paper.
The purity question: If you were to be 100% authentic to who you are, why would you do it differently?
The priority question: If you absolutely had to double your goal in the next 30 days, whatever the goal might be, what would you do next? The next three moves? Why would that be?
The possibility question: What would be possible if you could (insert a goal dream or mission here)?
The passion question: Why would it feel like if you could (insert your goal, dream, or mission)?
The prosperity question: If you won the lottery today, what would you do next? Money is not a problem. Abundance is here. What would you do next?
Ask yourself the courageous questions that are going to take you from where you are to what he calls your “Meaningful Mission”… And this is your goal for the next year.
If you want to join the party, just leave a comment and share with us: what is your vision, what is your goal? I’ll be your vision keeper, as always, and I'd be delighted to hold space for you.
Infinite blessings,
Ardas Chandra
As always, it’s all in divine timing — the universe is the schedule — so keep breathing long and deep until the next Light Letter.

I feel good coming from the center. The best thing is to not being attached to the fruits of my labor. It's a moment to moment reminder. That the labor in itself is joy. Except nothing. Make they cup overflowing so I can give. I love just being. Giving my attention as a gift to others and the world.
Ardas this 💖💖💖 one question that comes to my mind when I read out loud the questions.... How about when you're way of answering those comes very ethereal, very "out of this world"? Very aereal (pisces-minded like?) Cause for me, the greatest deal is to get objective and hands on hands with earthy humanly goals (like detailed planning and such) 🙏✨
