Always so enlightening to read you about MP...

I was wondering, Julia Cameron recommends A4 pages - so do you write more than 3 pages in your Moleskine which is I assume a A5 format?

To be honest 3 pages of A4 would take forever haha.

I do 3 pages of A5 and I feel it brings me to a sweet spot!!

Three pages in my Midori A5 feels like the perfect amount too!

“I have found that the first lines of my Daily Pages give the tone for the three pages, but often, by the end of page number 3, a new facet of myself has been uncovered.”

Love this! This has been my experience too. Often it’s the last page that gives me new insights or aha’s. A beautiful encouragement to always go for that third page

I’m going to start adding time to the date! And love the ideas of giving space for thoughts and insights when re-reading the pages. I’ve been doing them at various times of the day as also find morning tricky when I also want to squeeze in yoga and meditation.
