Today I want to share with you my insights when it comes to writing your monthly vision. Take this like free training, or a mini-workshop.
There is extra delicious honey in the video, you get the sound current transmission, the visual transmission (my Carmex lipbalm being my lucky charm…).
The following text is giving you the essential structure of this workshop + prompts + takeaway.
To help me grow The Light Letter, please consider forwarding this to your friends or share in your Stories. Thank you!
Your vision will influence and transform your thoughts, your feelings, your actions, and your attitude. And as we know, attitude is everything.
Your attitude towards life will determine life’s attitude towards you…
By adopting the thoughts, feelings, and actions of the person you want to become, what I call “acting as if”, you actually take conscious steps toward the materialization of your highest reality. I prefer to talk about “materialization” and not “manifestation”, for many reasons that I can explain in another Light Letter if you want to.
So, writing your vision is made of 5 steps:
Planting seeds
Building momentum
Owning your desire
Being extremely you
Activating your vision
Let’s go, my dear.
I. Planting seeds
If you have been around for a while, you might know that I like to write a vision at the beginning of the month, as a way to keep my focus and move in the direction of my highest potential.
It’s me consciously answering the question: “How can I serve better, and be a messenger for the Aquarian Age?”
It’s an intentional date with myself. Just like you are reading The Light Letter now, taking the time and making the space to receive my message and my guidance.
It’s me committing to something bigger than me: I’m creating a building block toward my most expanded life.
So, back to planting seeds.
“In the first phase of the creative process, we are to be completely open, collecting anything we find of interest. We can call this the Seed phase. We’re searching for potential starting points that, with love and care, can grow into something beautiful. At this stage, we are not comparing them to find the best seed. We simply gather them.” The Creative Act, Rick Rubin
In this phase, on the first day of the month, we collect, capture, and gather ideas, concepts, and inspirations.
It’s a perfect day to make a collage, or a vision board (a mood board) — digitally or on paper (I do mine in Notion now). We inquire what could be, and it’s okay if we don’t have the whole vision set…
I like to make a list of 10 people I’m looking up to right now, and write down what I like or find magnetic about them. I take screenshots, I explain what I like about it, and it’s helping me to tap into some archetypes… I like to ask myself “What do I find so magnetic about this person?”. And guess what… If you can see this quality in them, it’s because you have it within you, it might just be dormant…
Super interesting exercise to do if you’re looking for new relationships — friendship, romantic, or work relationships… like who do you want to be friend with? why? or what kind of person do you want to collaborate with? or what kind of romantic partner do you want to share your bed/life with?
If you can, pause here, set a timer for 20 minutes, take a blank page, and collect your images and intuitive ideas. Just do it, you’ll be so happy you have done it.
II. Building momentum
One of the questions I get the most in DM or in 1:1 sessions is: how do I build momentum?
My short answer is:
meditation
self-study (journaling is one of the tools)
accountability
My long answer is:
watch out for your “Censor”
focus on what you are trying to achieve
look for evidence that this is happening.
It’s called the law of assumption, and the law of assumption is necessary for the law of manifestation to work. You must assume that it is already true (vs. false), look for evidence that strengthens this new truth of yours, and focus on that.
Now, the Censor is our internal worst enemy, it is preventing us from achieving something new, and it’s keeping us playing small and playing safe.
“We are victims of our own internalized perfectionist, a nasty internal and eternal critic, the Censor, who resides in our (left) brain and keeps up a constant stream of subversive remarks that are often disguised as the truth.” The Artist's Way, Julia Cameron
When you’ve started gathering ideas and inspirations in the Planting seeds phase, you might have been hearing your Censor go like “stop dreaming, you can’t have that or be that”.
But the truth, my dear, is that you are powerful, you are able to quiet the Censor.
How? A combination of meditation and freewriting journaling have been my preferred tools over the last 10 years. And feeling into your heart and following your intuition.
III. Owning your desire
Instead of writing our vision from the space of “what is possible for me now?”, we want to tap into our true desire, “what do I truly want?”.
The best exercise you could do is to write down the question “What do I want?” at the top of the page and start to answer. Owning your desire might be another way to say “taking more risks” / “doing things in a way you haven’t done it before”…
So… What do you want? “Keep moving your hand across the page”, would say Julia Cameron, ignore the Censor!
Keep asking yourself again and again. “What do I really want?”
What is your heart of hearts desire?
When do you know you’ve reached your destination?
When it’s super uncomfortable to write the thing down. When it’s uncomfortable to read it or say it out loud. When it’s scary.
Getting clear on what we want is the best present we can give ourselves: it’s owning your desire and going for it gracefully.
“Desire is to own the wanting. Desire is the expression of the sovereign self. Desire points to free will. You can force people to do, you can never force them to desire. It is the ultimate expression of our free identity if you want.” Ester Perel, “The fluidity of desire”.
Now that you have more clarity, write down the script of your vision:
Describe:
how you want to live
the energy you want to have around you
how you want to feel
IV. Being extremely you
So, here is my 1 million dollar question to you — it’s kind of the same question but asked in 5 different ways. Maybe one way will hit home more than the others:
What do you want to be the epitome of?
What do you want to be the embodiment of?
What do you want to be known for?
What do you want to be living proof of?
What do you want to go big on?
You are in charge… you are choosing the path you want to walk. You can’t change your past, but you can shape the future…
V. Activating your vision
When you take a step toward your vision, toward your highest potential, your vision is taking a step toward you.
How do you activate your vision?
Show active faith (instead of fear)
Look for evidence confirming that “it is happening for you”
Trust in yourself by building your self-worth and investing in your own bank
Be ruthless with your time, and align your choices at any moment with who you want to become
By now, you might have more clarity on how to create your vision and your focus.
You can now create a script, and visualize your script before going to bed, and first thing upon waking up.
Why? Because that’s when the veil is thin, and your subconscious mind doesn’t make the different between what’s real and what’s not (yet) real. Let your vision be your North star.
One question I like to ask myself before bed, while playing the script on the screen of my mind is “What would it take to __________ (insert a piece of the puzzle/vision here)?”.
The answer will come to you in divine timing.
Okay you know I’m passionate about helping you getting there, and I could write a book about this (actually, I am, the book already exists I just need to write it, you know) but I’ll leave you for today with a few notes and infinite blessings:
Repeat after me: “All my needs are met, anytime, all the time.”
You are a powerful human being. You are a golden temple. Let’s see what you can receive, give and create this month.

The message I got today for the collective (and whoever is reading this) is:
“you know what to do next
and if it feels super uncomfortable, it’s a good sign that you should do it
what you are being asked right now is to show that you trust the process, that you have faith and not fear, and that you know that whatever you put in today, or out, is gonna come back to you tenfold and in a way you can’t even imagine
go big go really big” — March 1st, 2023, 11:11 am (shared on my TikTok)
How does it land with you? Let me know.
