With just four months left in 2024, what are you inspired to create?
In this short video, I’ll guide you through a simple 3-step process that makes turning your secret dreams into reality feel effortless. This includes the “Instant Courage EFT” practice so that you can tap along with me and feel strong enough to take a big step forward.
Writing prompt #1
What are 3 things or more that have inspired you recently? The list can be as long as you want.
It can be anything: a place, a person, a book, a movie, a group of people, an object, a concept, a destination, a lifestyle, a project, a conversation, something subtle…
Pay attention to what made you say “I never thought of it that way”, “oh that’s super cool” or anything that made you feel envious.
The list should represent a collection of things and ideas that sparked curiosity.
Writing prompt #2
What steps can you take to align your actions with this initial spark of inspiration?
From a neutral mind, make a list of actions that will help you do something with this idea. Small and big actions.
If you feel stuck here, then imagine what kind of steps this person/project/idea had to take to come to life and be shared and seen with the world. Make a list of all the “to do” items that were involved, then organize them in a way that makes sense to you (steps 1 to 10, or urgent vs. important, etc.).
Create your to-do list for this idea to be a reality: it’s baby steps and bigger steps that you can break down into multiple tasks. Reverse-engineer.

What fears have been holding you back?
How to be brave? How to lead from the heart? How to move the idea into reality?
Listen to the voice of Resistance here. List down the fears, the doubts, the insecurities, and the excuses your mind is making up.
It’s good to know what you are dealing with so that you can recognize it next time it shows up and move the emotional pattern… with the Instant Courage EFT.

Once you have identified a specific inspiration, a list of actions to bring this idea into reality, and a list of possible fears and excuses to not take the steps, you are ready to practice the Instant Courage Tapping from minute 4’44” onwards in the video.
