Turning something from an idea
into a reality
can make it seem smaller.
It changes from unearthly to earthly.
The imagination has no limits.
The physical world does.
The work exists in both.
Rick Rubin, The Creative Act
Have you ever noticed this phenomenon:
You have an idea, and you do nothing about it really, and then the next day you see someone actually doing the thing you thought of doing?
It happens to me all the time, and I know it’s not personal. And it’s so annoying…
But, guess what?
It’s just how ideas work: they need to find a vessel and a container to be expressed, and if not through you, if you don’t have enough vitality in your system to bring it to life, it will knock on another door… Again, it’s not against you, and the good thing is… there is a way to deal with it so that your next idea actually gets manifested and materialized: “from unearthly to earthly”.
Ideas need to come through. And you can decide to be the vessel for them to materialize, by cultivating your intuition, your vitality, and your environment.
It’s your job, and your responsibility, to give life to your ideas.
My intentions for this new series are:
to give you a system and a set of tools to turn your ideas into realities
to invite you to take action and do this thing you wanted to do anyway
to answer this question: “But tell me how do I actually manifest my ideas into the world?”
The short answer is:
Just start. Just do it. Just take a small action step today.
It will build your confidence that you can actually do it.
The long answer is:

HONEST JOURNALING FOR CLARITY
Let’s start with some free writing, shall we? Bring pen-to-paper. Set a timer if you feel like it (3 minutes/question is a good place to start). Not into writing? Try to record yourself in a voice memo. The idea is to get the answers out of your head.
What is something that you really want to create, but have been postponing for later, for “someday”, or “for one day when…”?
What is something you wanted to create, but you gave up because you saw someone else doing it?
How did it make you feel?
What is something you first found inspiring — you felt energized and excited when you had the idea — but then you did nothing about it?
When was the last time you went down the comparison trap, and discarded the initial spark of inspiration?
Write down your answers, and let's take this as a starting point today.
Feel free to share with me one thing you are working on making happen right now, so that I can workshop with you around that one example (such as a new website, a new business, a new offering, a new relationship, a new house, etc.), just like I did The Money Queen Vision as an example.
Here are some tools I am considering sharing with you — let me know what you think:
how I use the chakra system to birth my ideas into the world
a 60-sec tapping exercise I do every single day to reprogram my subconscious mind
the 4 steps methodology which frees up space in my mind so that I can focus on what’s important (involve Notion, for my Notion people!!)
a kundalini meditation that will make your arms beautifully strong
why “fake it until you make it” is obsolete
the 5 stages of manifestation, and how to move in flow from one stage to another
a truth bomb nobody wants to hear
what God has to do with the creative act
and so on and so forth (could go on and on… you know… it’s a deep practice work I’ve been leading for the past 10 years)
Comment down below and let me know what sparks your interest the most (let’s say, TOP 3).
If you feel like your friends, community, and followers would benefit from it, feel free to share the link https://ardaschandra.substack.com with them.

Do you have a defined or undefined head/crown center? Let me know!
Feel free to have a look at your chart and learn more about your own crown/head center (defined/undefined) — and what it means. It has a lot to do with how we live with our ideas and inspiration.
