Now, shift your focus to your growth. What achievements, insights, or moments of clarity have emerged since January 1st? Have you taken time to celebrate your progress? Where are you ready to be seen, recognized, and honoured?
Create a to-do list infused with magnetism. What actions truly excite you? Strip away anything that feels like a “should”. How can you express your unique ideas and creativity? What feels aligned with you right now?
If you could instantly shift into your most Radiant Self right now, what would have to change? Add as many details as possible, imagine stepping into this version of you as if you were a new character in a story… What do you wear? How do you speak? What do you think? How do you look? How do you walk? How do you act/react? Where do you go (or not go)? How do you move through the world? etc.
Set a timer for 5 minutes and freely write any thoughts, details, or actions that are speaking loudly in your heart and mind.
