Here's my own Sphere Of Silence formula:
Morning Pages + Meditation + Movement + Matcha = welcome to the best day of my life!
More than mere activities, it's a mood I set, a series of rituals for my body, mind & soul. It's the matcha I drink, the pages I write, the meditation and movement I practice, the comfy clothes I wear—it's me tuning in my frequency, slowing down to the speed of love.
What’s your Sphere Of Silence?
Take a few minutes to figure out your own formula. It helps to reflect & project into how we want to feel.
Inside the circle: write down all the things, thoughts, people, activities, feelings, etc. that truly make you feel good (not what you think you should be doing, but what TRULY makes you feel good): what expands you.
Outside of the circle: be ruthlessly honest with yourself, and write down all the things, thoughts, people, activities, feelings, etc. that create tension for you, that make you feel restricted, tensed, contracted, triggered: what shrinks you.
Welcome to the best day of your life.
How does it feel? How do you feel? Who are you being? What are you doing? What are you grateful for at the end of the day? Describe those 24-hour in details.
What’s the inner state you’re seeking, beyond any external “things”?

Style Edit “Feel good = do good”
Every morning, I “dress for success”. This is what I usually wear — mix & match those items with what you already have in your own wardrobe that make you feel fabulous. Enhance your Sphere of Silence with this quick and delightful homemade snack. In just 5 minutes, you can create a treat that perfectly complements your peaceful moments. Gather the following ingredients:
Medjool Dates
Your preferred nut butter (I personally like white almond butter)
Dark chocolate of your choice
Instructions:
Remove the pits from the Medjool Dates.
Melt the dark chocolate in a pot with a splash of water.
Fill the cavity left by the pit in each date with your chosen nut butter.
Dip the nut butter-filled dates into the melted chocolate.
Allow the coated dates to set in the fridge for 2 hours-ish.
