List-making, human design edition

Your strength comes from how well you manage your energy and communicate yourself to the world.

This is what I’ve learned so far while hosting Morning Pages Magic this week. We have been exploring what alignment means to us: what feels right to me might not be what feels right to you, and that's divinely fine.

Let’s consider your human design type for a second. It tells us how your energy flows and what is the correct way of functioning. It’s such a great filter for me to share some guidance with you today. You may look up your type here first in case you have no idea what I’m talking about, and scroll down this letter to find the section matching your energy type… and play with the guidance.

I know: you read “journaling prompts”, and your brain goes “Noooo, not today, not ready for this, don’t want to go deep”. So let me make it easier for you today: how about we write a list? No pressure. Just like a grocery shopping list.

If you are a Generator…

You thrive on doing what you love and your energy is sustainable when engaged in activities that truly excite you.

→ Make a list of things, activities, projects, people, and places that light you up — what excites you and feels fun to you, what makes you feel full of life, and/or makes you lose track of time.

If you are a Manifestor

You are a natural initiator and are driven by the need to start new projects and movements. Your energy peaks when you are inspired to create.

→ Make a list of things, activities, projects, people, and places that inspire you to initiate and create — the big ideas you want to bring to life, what ignites your energy, and what aligns with your vision

If you are a Manifesting-Generator

You combine the qualities of Manifestors and Generators, making you versatile and quick-moving. Your curiosity and desire to act are key characteristics.

→ Make a list of things, activities, projects, people, and places that make you curious and eager to learn — what you want to try out, what you are drawn to do, and what you have been enjoying recently

If you are a Projector

You are insightful and often see how systems and processes can be optimized. You excel in guiding and managing others, leveraging your unique viewpoints.

→ Make a list of things, activities, projects, people, and places that fascinate you — what you see could be improved, what reflects your unique perspective, and which systems resonate with you and are easy for you to explain to others.

If you are a Reflector

You are sensitive to your environment and reflect the energy around you. You thrive on variety and new experiences, providing insights based on your reflections.

→ Make a list of things, activities, projects, people, and places that inspire you today — what you want to reflect on, the experiences you wish to have, and the diversity you embrace.
