Today’s letter has one goal: to make the transition to your bigger shell smooth, beautiful, and graceful.
You know this is a pivotal time. I know you know.
You can feel the dissonance between how you feel inside and how you act or appear on the outside. It’s as if who you are is not being correctly translated: you are not quite in the right spot to shine your brightest light.
Yet you know something new, with quite a high unknown factor, is waiting for you.
The next 10 days are the longest days of the year in terms of sunlight (in the Northern Hemisphere).
Let Nature be your muse and guide as you understand how powerful and strong you are while getting ready for the second half of 2024.
You are here for a reason, and I’m so glad you are here.
→ Discover the four-step process that works for me every time I feel it’s time to pivot.It’s simple. All you need is some quiet time and space and an open heart to receive the blessings of the guidance from within.
Here begins the prompt series to shed some light on what could be and how your new shell could look like:
Step 01 — Letting go
Make a list of thoughts and beliefs that are no longer serving you. Maybe it sounds like this in your head: “I can’t ____”, “I need to wait until ____”, “I don’t have enough ______”, etc.)
Make a list of relationships that are no longer serving you. Both ‘in real life’ and online. Maybe they are triggering you (comparison trap?), maybe they are dragging you down (energy vampires?), maybe they take up your energy and distract you from expressing your truth (gossiping and judgemental vibe?).
Make a list of places that are depleting you (again, ‘in real life’, but also online - could be your mailbox, this social media app, but also your car or the local supermarket).
Bonus list! Make a miscellaneous list of objects that you are holding on to “just in case”, and why.
Step 02 — Balancing
Make the list of the main areas of life where you feel out of balance.
Areas of life are, for example, family, love, health, spirituality, career, play, money, community, etc.
What does harmony look like for you within a 24-hour day? Write down a list of verbs, nouns and adjectives that resonate with the word “harmony”.
Based on your findings from 01 + 02, write down one small step you can take to feel more aligned, centered, or balanced today.
Success is guaranteed. Whatever it is that you want to start, try, create, it’s gonna be a great success. What is this thing? Oh maybe it’s several things. Go ahead. Make the list.
Step 03 — Nourishing
Maybe you have a sense of what’s coming next, right?
Write down how you will fill in your cup in the process. Use the habit-stacking principle. “When I do (something you are already doing), I will make sure that I also (introduce new habit)”.
Step 04 — Protecting
Outgrowing your shell is not comfortable. I know this. But my dear, know that you are you home. It’s growing with you.
Make a list of three ways you will protect your energy from external stressors.
Based on your findings from step 01, 02 and 03, make your to-do list to clear, balance and nourish your physical and energetic space. Take those actions before Summer Solstice whenever possible.
If you feel your pivot will trigger envy, please feel free to play this mantra every day. It has helped me tremendously to ignore the gossip and keep going with my vision.
