Today, I’m sharing what I know for sure about creating a Sphere Of Silence.
What I call my Sphere of Silence is an intentional daily practice dedicated to myself as a multi-dimensional being.
It’s part of my essentials, it’s what the best version of myself does, and everyone knows it’s my non-negotiable. It’s a time and space that is both structured and intuitive. The best to describe it is my daily spiritual housekeeping. For me, it’s a morning routine, but for you, it might be done at another time of the day.

A good Sphere of Silence starts the night before.
The night before: I make my space ready, by making sure it’s tidy, with my notebook and pen ready.
