Knowing about morning pages is not the same as Being with the blank page every morning, feeling the bittersweet blend of excitement and discomfort, sometimes joy and boredom, and keeping your hand moving on the paper for three pages anyway. In the experience of Being, you’re held. Tools in a toolbox are useless.
We believe in taking action.
That’s the key difference between Information and Transformation.
If you write fifteen minutes a day, radical changes occur in the world. Creation happens. Whether you want it to or not. Once you open yourself to that channel, productivity happens, and there’s nothing you can do to prevent it.
By giving you open access to The Class “Morning Pages Magic” with this post, my intention is to deliver information through inspiration, by giving you an opportunity to see if Morning Pages Magic is right for you, to see if you vibe with my approach, and if you can trust me to hold the space for you in the next fifteen days. You can then make an informed decision from there.
Get ready to be ready, set 30 minutes aside and enjoy the class, take notes, and see if you want to join the experience. It might be the only time I offer MPM, so now it’s the time!
As I wrote yesterday in this long stream of consciousness: information you can find anywhere in the click of a button, but transformation is something that is being alchemized as we are being together, living our own experience in our own timing, but with a group of curious other beings on this path. Trust me, your partner/pets/best friend don’t want to hear you talking about your morning pages 24/7, but our accountability group will gladly welcome your insights, epiphanies and anything in-between. We are holding the space for each other, and creating this commitment to ourselves and to one another, seeing that “if she can do it, then I can do it too”. 15 days go crazy fast anyway… Oh and if you’re already saying “I don’t have time”, then definitely watch The Class.
So, in this class, and for the experience of Morning Pages Magic:
we co-create an agreement
we evaluate if we want to have a “meh” life, a good life, or a crazy good life
we embrace the principle of “you do you”, and we make it playful
we explore morning pages as taught by Julia Cameron in The Artist’s Way
and I share with you 22 journaling prompts to get you starting with freewriting, and take you from stuck to inspired
Now, my dear, it’s up to you: are you getting into the ocean and catching that wave, or are you sitting on the beach reading a book on “How To Surf”?
Are you Being In Motion and starting to “mornin’page” (yes, it’s a verb) with us tomorrow morning?
Always in service to you,
Ardas Chandra
