Whether it’s your first time trying such a thing, or you already are a daily journal person, it will bring you a sense of direction.

  • “How do I want to feel?“

  • “What do I think I’ll want in 5 years’ time?”

How to:

— Bring pen-to-paper: grab your notebook, and start. Set a timer if you don’t want to be carried away (5 minutes each).

— Use this free Notion template and start typing. It’s best if you’re on the go, don’t have a notebook handy, and want to start writing as soon as possible because you feel inspired to!
