So You Want to Know What Makes You Unique?
31 journaling prompts for those who don't have time to journal (like you)
→ POV: you don’t have time to journal but here are 31 journaling prompts for the next 31 days to get you closer to YOU
When I need to find answers, I like to give myself writing prompts.
I'd write the guiding question at the top of a blank page, sit with it and a cup of tea and let myself be right here with the question, pen and paper in hand, ready to anchor any thought, idea, doodle, or “I think that” or “I feel” statements…
Each 1st of the month, the energy just feels renewed and fresh, so I figured today is a good day to start what I’m calling The Clarity Project. You’re invited to join me.
If you want to play with me, here are 31 writing prompts that will guide you into your intuitive writing practice throughout the month… High quality questions and prompts that are purposeful, open-ended, clear, thought-provoking, relevant and specific. We are not here to prove ourselves, or impress the crowd, but rather to create a way to think different, opening ourselves to what could be.
The rules:
→ It starts at #1, and ends at #31.
→ It’s up to you to find a moment in the day to sit with the question, and find clarity (it’s called the Clarity Project, after all). Maybe with your morning cup of coffee, your midday matcha, or your evening cup of herbal tea.
→ Print this post, or pin the email in your mailbox and come back to it every day.
→ I recommend handwriting, but should you be in a place where you don’t have pen and paper, use your Notes app and call it a day. Can’t type? Record your voice in a voice memo, as if you were sending a mini podcast to a girlfriend.
→ What I find helpful: to imagine that someone is asking me the question, and answer as naturally and intuitively as possible. Your heart will speak, if you let it.
The 31 high quality questions for your own Clarity Project
Day #1 Energy check. Make a list of what gives you energy (thoughts, places, people, activities) and what depletes your energy levels.
Day #2 A year from now, what decision will you be glad you made today?
Day #3 If you’d write a book, what would it be about? What would be the title?
